Psychotherapy/counselling can help in clarifying and deepening your understanding of how you respond to your lived experience.

It is not so much about solving issues, rather an opportunity to take stock of your life, explore the paradoxes, conflicts and dilemmas and have a greater understanding of your unique way of being in the world.

Therapy tries to situate you as an agent. Becoming interested in why you act and feel the way you do facilitates a growing emotional complexity, which can enable you to move forward and come to terms with the transformative process of life.

I am a MBACP (accred) psychotherapist with a particular interest in existential thinking.  My primary specialisation includes working with chronic conditions, substance misuse, mental health disorders, parenting support, and relationship/communication difficulties. I support clients over the age of 17 and I offer online therapy on both a short-term and long-term basis.
