Psychotherapy & Counselling
You may be coming to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed or questioning aspects of your life that no longer make sense. You might be managing day to day, yet feel anxious, disconnected or uncertain about how to move forward.
My work has an existential focus, meaning that I am interested in what matters most to you as a person – your values, your experiences, and how you make sense of your life. I offer a warm, authentic therapeutic relationship and a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your difficult thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels manageable for you.
Pema Chödrön
I am an experienced BACP-accredited psychotherapist, offering psychotherapy and integrating EMDR where appropriate. My experience includes working with: addiction, anxiety, low mood, Obsessive compulsive difficulties and patterns (including OCD), ADHD and neurodiversity, fertility issues, burnout, trauma and relational difficulties.
