About Me
I am an integrative psychotherapist based in London. I hold a PGDip in Psychotherapy and Counselling from Regent’s University London. I am a registered member of the BACP and a member of the Society for Existential Analysis.
You might notice my surname ‘Shah’. I usually say I am mixed, and if people enquire, I tell them I am half Kashmiri, half Irish. Having dual heritage has given me some experience of feeling like the ‘other’. I have always been interested in exploring the tensions that exist in having multiple cultural and ethnic identities.

Confidentiality means I will treat your personal information and what you share with me with utmost respect, and in line with the BACP ethical guidelines.
